Ghost stories of an antiquary
Ghost Stories of an Antiquary is inspired by the works of M.R. James
Audience members are invited by the warden to shelter from an approaching storm as four mysterious strangers swap ghost stories to pass the time. Delving into tales of witchcraft, occult rituals, hauntings, and all things supernatural, as the night draws in, and the storm outside rages, are there perhaps more to these storytellers than meets the eye?
The company kicked off 2024 with Ghost Stories of An Antiquary at a site-specific venue, Longfield Hall in London. The show has since been to Gathenhielmska Huset as part of the Gothenburg Fringe in early September where they won the “City is our Stage” award as well as appearing at the Old Red Lion Theatre in Angel, London as part of the Grim Fest Theatre Festival and in Colchester as part of Colchester Fringe.
